Neo Silicate
Atomic Hues
This is a shot from January 2014. I rotated the camera pointing at a light feature built in the wall of my studio. It's lit by several RGB leds and it's partly occluded by a semi-translucent acrylic sheet. As the RGBs were rotating hue at a certain speed I had to adjust the speed of the rotation of the camera to make sure the color wheel was complete. In this case it misses a few red hues on one side of the wheel but I liked it like that. The "electrons" in the middle are from a few small white leds swinging on a string from the ceiling. Essentially creating a psysiogram with a twist.
